Napexy platform integrations: the full list

A short list, kept honest. These are the services the platform connects to today, what each connection is for, and what to do when your tool is not on it.

Every integration, and what it is for

IntegrationWhat it does for you
Meta: Facebook Pages, Messenger, InstagramMessenger and Instagram direct messages appear in the unified inbox, on the lead’s record
Meta Conversions APILeads that meet a form’s qualification rules are reported back to Meta, so campaigns can optimise toward them
WhatsAppConversations on the lead’s record, and an alert to the team when a new contact arrives
GmailEmail on the lead’s record, next to the other channels
SMSText messages on the lead’s record
Google Search ConsoleClicks, impressions and average position by query and by page, read through Google’s API
n8n webhooksA link between the platform and automation workflows built in n8n
Microsoft ClarityRuns on client websites to show how visitors use the pages
Cloudflare TurnstileSpam protection, to keep bots out of your leads
Any websiteThe booking forms embed with one snippet on WordPress, Wix, Next.js, Astro or plain HTML

Why the list is short

Each connection on this list has a job tied to your leads. Meta, WhatsApp, SMS and Gmail bring the conversations onto the lead record. Search Console and Clarity show how people find and use your site. Turnstile keeps spam out. The Conversions API sends the result back to where your budget is spent.

A long wall of logos says little about whether your leads end up in one place. This list is shorter, and every line on it works today.

Automation through n8n

n8n is an automation tool. The platform connects to it through webhooks, so workflows built in n8n can take part in a client’s process for the steps that are specific to that business.

Designing and building those workflows is service work. Our marketing automation and AI workflow automation pages describe it.

Your data, kept apart

Client data is separated per client account. One client’s leads, messages and reports are never mixed with another’s, and each connection above is set up for your account by our team.

Frequently asked questions

Does the platform connect to Google Ads?

Google Ads is not one of the platform’s integrations. How conversions reach Google is covered in our Google Ads management service.

Do we need a plugin on WordPress?

No. The forms embed with the same one-line snippet on any website, including WordPress, Wix, Next.js, Astro and plain HTML. Each form runs on our servers in a frame.

Can the platform connect to our current CRM?

Other CRMs and tools, such as HubSpot, Pipedrive, Close, Make, Zapier or Slack, are connected for you during setup; the full list per plan is on the booking form pricing page. Our page on CRM setup and integration covers working inside the CRM you already have.

Is our data kept apart from other clients?

Yes. Client data is separated per client account.

What is Microsoft Clarity used for?

Clarity runs on client websites and shows how visitors use the pages, through its own session recordings and heatmaps. It helps decide what to change on a page that gets visits and no leads, which is the starting point of our conversion rate optimization work.
