AI search

Generative engine optimization (GEO) services

Your next customer may never see a list of ten blue links. They ask an assistant, read one answer, and call whoever it names. We work on being that name.

Why AI answers need their own work

A search results page gives a buyer ten options and lets them compare. An AI answer usually gives two or three, sometimes one, already compared. If you are not among them, the buyer does not scroll down to find you. There is nothing to scroll.

Assistants build those answers from pages they can read, facts they can check against other sources, and brands they see mentioned in the right context. A site that ranks well can still be invisible in answers, because its pages bury the facts in marketing copy or contradict what the business’s directory listings say.

GEO does not replace SEO. Most assistants still lean on a search index to find candidates. It is the layer on top: making sure that when the assistant reads about you, it finds something worth repeating.

What our GEO service covers

AI visibility audit

We ask the assistants the questions your buyers ask, in each language you sell in, and record who gets named, who gets cited, and what is said about you.

Answer-ready pages

We rewrite key pages so each one answers a real question in its first lines, with prices, places, hours and specifics stated plainly enough to quote.

Entity and consistency work

Your name, address, services and categories match across your site, Google Business Profile, directories and social profiles. Assistants trust facts that agree.

Structured data

Schema markup for your organisation, services, locations, FAQs and articles, so machines read what each page is about without guessing.

Mentions that count

Through digital PR and partner content, we earn mentions on the sites assistants already cite in your field.

Crawler access

We check that the AI crawlers you want can reach your pages, set your robots.txt rules on purpose, and publish an llms.txt file when it helps.

How a GEO engagement runs

  1. Map the questions

We list the questions that lead to a purchase in your market, from “best implant dentist near me” to “which CRM handles WhatsApp leads”.

  2. Measure the starting point

Each question is asked to each assistant and logged: are you named, are you cited, is what it says true. That log is the baseline we report against.

  3. Fix the sources

Pages, listings, structured data and crawler rules come first. These are the changes inside your control, and they move fastest.

  4. Earn the outside signals

Reviews, mentions and comparisons on third-party sites take longer. We run them every month alongside the on-site work.

  5. Track visits and leads

AI referrals are tagged in our tracking and followed through to the form, the call and the booked appointment.

Frequently asked questions

Is GEO different from SEO?

They overlap. SEO gets your pages found and ranked. GEO makes those pages and your wider reputation easy for an assistant to quote. Most of our GEO clients also need some SEO work, because assistants often start from search results. Our guide to GEO and SEO goes through the differences.

Which AI assistants do you track?

ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Microsoft Copilot, Claude and Google’s AI Overviews and AI Mode, plus any assistant that matters in your market. We track them in English, French and Arabic.

How long until results show?

Changes to your own site and listings can show in answers within weeks, once the assistants re-read the pages. Mentions on other sites build over months. We report monthly, so you see which is which.

Can you guarantee we will appear in ChatGPT?

No, and nobody can. The models decide. We control what they can find about you and how clearly it is written, and we show you each month whether that is changing the answers.

Should we block AI crawlers?

It depends on what you sell. Blocking a crawler can keep your content out of training data, but it can also keep you out of the answers that crawler feeds. We go through each crawler with you and set the rules on purpose.

What does GEO cost?

It depends on the number of questions, languages and locations we track and on how much your site needs. Our GEO pricing guide explains each factor, and we send a fixed quote after a first call.
