Pages on napexy.com set no cookies and load no advertising pixel. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the pages and protect them from attacks, under its own privacy terms.

The free calculators on our tool pages run in your browser. The numbers you enter are not sent to us.

Every page loads a script from forms.napexy.com, our own form service, to measure visits. It keeps in your browser’s storage, with no time limit, a randomly generated identifier and where your first and your most recent visit came from, when it came from a link, an ad or a search engine (for example a link in ChatGPT or a Google result). It also keeps the current visit, which ends after 30 minutes without activity.

During a visit it sends these identifiers to forms.napexy.com with the pages you open, the links and buttons you click (their words, never what you type in a field), how long each page stayed on screen, the site you came from and the parameters in the address. forms.napexy.com adds the country you connect from and the type of device, then records the visit in Napexy’s customer relationship management system, so we know where our visits and requests come from. Each visit is kept for about 480 days.

Your name, phone number and email address are not part of it until you send the proposal form. If you send it, these identifiers and the two sources kept by your browser are attached to your request and kept with it. You can erase what your browser keeps by deleting this site’s data in its settings.

The proposal form is served by forms.napexy.com, our own form service, inside a frame on this site. It collects what you enter (for example your name, phone number, email address, company and answers) and technical information about the visit: the page you came from, campaign parameters in the address, and the steps of the form you completed.

Your request is stored in Napexy’s customer relationship management system so that our team can reply and prepare a proposal. We do not sell it, rent it or use it for advertising.

We keep a request for as long as we are in contact about it, then delete it when it is no longer needed or when you ask us to.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you, or object to its use, at any time. Send the request through the contact page. Depending on where you live, data protection laws such as the GDPR give you these rights and the right to complain to your data protection authority.

When a business becomes our client, the leads and messages we handle for it are processed on its behalf and under its instructions, as set out in our contract with that business. Each client’s data is kept separate from every other client’s.
