SEO & GEO

SEO and AI visibility tracking, tied to the leads it brings

Rankings matter when they bring people who book. The SEO & GEO section of the CRM puts Search Console data next to the visits each source sent, AI assistants included, and the leads those visits produced.

Why the tracking lives in the CRM

Search data usually lives in three places. Search Console knows the queries. An analytics tool knows the visits. The CRM knows the leads. Joining them takes an export and an afternoon, so it rarely happens, and the monthly SEO report stops at clicks.

The SEO & GEO section sits inside the CRM, next to the leads. You see which queries and pages earn clicks on Google, which sources send visits, and which of those visits turned into leads, in the same place your team works.

What the SEO & GEO section shows

Search Console performance

Clicks, impressions and average position, by query and by page, read from Google Search Console through Google’s API.

Traffic by source

Visits recorded by our forms, classified by where they came from: AI assistants, search, social or ads.

AI answers view

The visits referred by AI assistants, shown on their own, with the leads they produced.

From visit to lead

Each source is followed through to the leads it brought, which sit in the CRM with their status.

Clear visit rules

Each page, click and form step is recorded. A visit ends after 30 minutes without activity.

What it measures, and what it leaves to people

It measures visits and the leads they produce. When an assistant passes on where its visitor came from, the visit is counted as AI. When it does not, the visit arrives with no source, and no tracking tool can credit it to the assistant afterwards.

It does not ask assistants what they say about you, and Search Console covers Google only. Checking whether ChatGPT, Gemini or Perplexity name your business is done by people, question by question, in our GEO service.

Read together, the two answer the question a business owner actually asks: are the AI assistants sending people who book?

How we use it each month

  1. Read the queries

Queries with plenty of impressions and few clicks point to titles and pages worth rewriting.

  2. Follow pages to leads

A page that earns visits and no leads gets a closer look at its offer and its form.

  3. Watch AI referrals

Visits from assistants are followed over time and compared with the questions we test in GEO work.

  4. Report what moved

The monthly report shows clicks, visits by source and the leads behind them, for SEO and GEO alike.

Frequently asked questions

Where does the search data come from?

From Google Search Console, read through Google’s API: clicks, impressions and average position, by query and by page. Google only shares this data with accounts you have given access to your Search Console property.

Can it tell me whether ChatGPT mentions my business?

No. It counts the visits AI assistants send and the leads behind them. What the assistants say about you is checked by our team in GEO and ChatGPT optimization work.

What counts as a visit?

A visit groups the pages, clicks and form steps of one visitor until 30 minutes pass without activity. Its source is classified as AI assistant, search, social or ads.

Why would some AI visits be missing?

Some assistants and apps do not pass on where the visitor came from. Those visits arrive with no source and cannot be credited to the assistant. Our article on tracking AI search traffic goes into the details.
