Challenges
Marketing problems we solve, starting from the symptom
Few businesses wake up wanting “SEO” or “a CRM”. They wake up to a quiet phone, a falling graph or an ad bill that buys nothing. Start there.

Why start from the problem
Choosing a service first is how businesses end up paying for the wrong fix. A redesign for a site whose form emails went to spam. More ad budget for campaigns that already find the wrong people. SEO for a clinic that loses its leads on WhatsApp.
A symptom points to a short list of causes. Find the cause and the service follows. Sometimes it is one of ours. Sometimes it is a change your own team can make in an afternoon.
Which page fits what you see
| What you see | Start here |
|---|---|
| The site is live and the phone does not ring | My website brings no leads |
| Visitors arrive, look around and leave | Visitors don’t convert |
| Analytics or Search Console shows a falling line | My traffic is going down |
| ChatGPT names your competitors and leaves you out | I’m missing from AI answers |
| Leads look cheap, sales stay flat | My ads spend but don’t sell |
| You pay an agency and cannot say what you get | My agency isn’t delivering |
How a diagnosis runs, whatever the problem
The first two weeks look the same for every symptom.
Get access
User access to your site, analytics, Search Console, ad accounts and wherever your leads land.
Test like a buyer
Every form, phone number and message channel tried the way a customer would, with the reply time noted.
Trace the numbers
Visits to leads, leads to sales, each split by source, page and device, and set against the dates of past changes.
Rank the fixes
A list ranked by effect and effort, with the number we will watch for each. From then on, results are reported the way we always report them: in leads, appointments and revenue.
Frequently asked questions
What if we have more than one of these problems?
Most businesses do. They are fixed in the order money leaks: lead handling first, then conversion, then traffic. More visitors into a site that loses leads only makes the loss bigger.
How long does a diagnosis take?
About two weeks once we have access. Fixes to lead capture often start within the first days, because they are cheap and nothing else needs to wait for them.
What do you need from us?
User access to your accounts, a list of recent leads with the ones that bought marked, and half an hour with whoever answers the phone.
Our problem is not on this list.
The method still applies: start from what you see, trace it to a cause, fix in order. Describe the symptom on a first call and we will say where we would look first.
