UX & UI
UX and UI design services for websites and web apps
People do not read your interface. They scan it, tap the first thing that looks right and leave when it is wrong. UX design is the work of making that first tap the right one.
Where bad UX shows up in your numbers
Bad UX rarely announces itself. It shows up as a booking form that many people start and few finish, as calls asking for information already on the site, or as mobile visitors who leave much faster than desktop ones. If that sounds familiar, read about visitors who don’t convert.
Your team already knows where the friction is, even if nobody has written it down. The questions people ask on WhatsApp are a list of what your site fails to say. The complaints at the front desk are a list of what your booking flow gets wrong. We start there.
We also design and build our own software: a CRM, booking forms and a unified inbox. Designing tools that people use all day taught us that a field in the wrong place costs more than an ugly button.
Our UX design process
Research
Analytics funnels, session recordings, your team’s message history and a few customer interviews. We look for where people get stuck, and why.
User flows
The path for each key task (booking, buying, asking for a quote) drawn step by step, including what happens when something fails.
Wireframes
Low-detail layouts on a phone screen first, so we argue about structure before colour.
Prototype and test
A clickable prototype tested with a handful of real users from your market. Their hesitations go straight back into the design.
UI design and design system
The final screens, plus a library of colours, type, components and states your developers can reuse.
Handoff and measurement
Specifications in Figma, then a check after launch that the numbers moved the way we expected.
What we design
Websites and landing pages
Page structure, navigation and the path from first visit to booking. See website design.
Booking and qualification flows
Multi-step forms that ask for name and phone first, as our booking forms do, then the questions that help your team prepare.
Web apps and dashboards
Client portals, internal tools and reporting screens, designed by a team that ships its own software.
Right-to-left interfaces
Arabic layouts mirrored properly: navigation, icons that point the right way, forms with mixed Arabic and Latin input.
Design systems
Shared components and rules, so new pages stay consistent without a designer in every meeting.
Research methods and what each one tells you
| Method | What it shows | When we use it |
|---|---|---|
| Analytics funnels | Where people drop off, step by step | Always, first |
| Session recordings and heatmaps | What people tap, miss and tap again in frustration | When a step leaks and we do not know why |
| Customer messages and calls | The questions your site fails to answer | Before restructuring or rewriting pages |
| Usability tests | Where a real person gets stuck, in their own words | Before building anything expensive |
What you receive

- Wireframes and a clickable prototype
- Findings from user tests, with what we changed
- Final UI screens in each language, right-to-left included

Frequently asked questions
Do you design only, or build as well?
Both. Our developers build what we design, which removes the usual arguments at handoff. If you have your own developers, we hand over specifications and stay available for their questions.
How do you test designs without a big research budget?
Small tests catch the big problems. A handful of people from your market, a clickable prototype and a few tasks to complete will show where the flow breaks. Recordings and funnels then confirm it on real traffic.
Can UX design improve our conversion rate?
Often, because it removes reasons to leave. We cannot promise a figure. We measure each step before and after, and keep testing through conversion rate optimisation when your traffic allows it.
Do you design right-to-left interfaces?
Yes. Arabic interfaces are mirrored, with icons that point the right way, numbers and phone fields that stay left to right, and type chosen for Arabic script.
Do you record visitor sessions, and is that legal?
We use recording tools that mask form fields and, where the law requires it, start only after the visitor consents. Under the GDPR and similar laws, that usually means a consent banner.
