Email & SMS
Email and SMS marketing services
Your list of past leads and customers is the cheapest audience you have. Many businesses write to it twice a year, or never. We turn it into a steady source of appointments, with messages people agreed to receive.
What email and SMS each do well
Email is good at the long middle of a decision. A patient weighing implants, a family comparing apartments, a company choosing a supplier: they need information over weeks, in a sensible order, and email can deliver it. It is poor at urgency. Nobody reads a reminder email an hour before an appointment.
SMS is the opposite. Short, read within minutes, right for confirmations, reminders and last-minute openings. Send too many and people block you. Where WhatsApp is the main messaging app, part of this role moves there; see WhatsApp marketing.
We use each channel for its strength, inside sequences that react to what the lead does: a booking stops the nurture emails, a missed appointment starts a rebooking message.
What we build
Welcome and nurture sequences
After a form or a download, a short series that answers the questions people ask before buying, and ends with an invitation to book.
Appointment messages
Confirmation, reminders, directions and what to bring, by SMS or email depending on the timing.
Old leads, revisited
People who asked months ago and never booked. A short, honest series with a real reason to come back.
Customer messages
Aftercare, check-up and renewal reminders, referral and review requests.
Campaigns
Offers, events, a new project or service, sent to the segment it concerns and written for it.
Templates that work on phones
Readable on a small screen, in French, Arabic and English, with Arabic laid out right to left.
Consent comes first
Under the GDPR and the ePrivacy rules, most marketing email and SMS to individuals needs their prior consent, and a pre-ticked box is not consent. Some countries allow an exception for existing customers about similar products or services, provided they could refuse when their details were collected and can unsubscribe from every message.
Anti-spam laws elsewhere often require consent for commercial electronic messages, express or in some cases implied, along with clear identification of the sender and a working unsubscribe link. Some also set a deadline, counted in days, for honouring an unsubscribe request.
The exact rules depend on where you and your customers are, and your local data-protection law may add its own. We set up consent capture on your forms, keep a record of when and how each person agreed, and honour every unsubscribe. We do not send to bought lists.
Deliverability: the setup nobody sees
An email that lands in spam was never sent, as far as your sales are concerned.
- SPF, DKIM and DMARC records on your sending domain
- One-click unsubscribe, which Gmail and Yahoo require from bulk senders
- A sending subdomain kept apart from your staff mailboxes
- A gradual warm-up for new domains and large lists
- Regular removal of addresses that bounce or never engage
- Monitoring of spam complaints and bounces after each send
- For SMS, a registered sender name where your country allows or requires it
What we report
Opens are shown with a warning: some mail apps open messages automatically, which inflates the figure. We judge messages on what follows.
Delivered and bounced
Per send, so a deliverability problem is caught before it spreads.
Clicks and replies
The first real sign that a message was read and wanted.
Unsubscribes and complaints
Per send and per segment, so a bad message or a tired audience is spotted.
Bookings and sales per sequence
Tracked through the CRM, with the original source of each lead.
List growth by source
New consented contacts added by each form, event or channel.
Frequently asked questions
Which email platform do you use?
The one that fits your volume and your CRM. We work in tools such as Brevo, Mailchimp, Klaviyo or HubSpot, or in the one you already pay for. The platform matters less than the list, the timing and the words. Sequences are triggered from your CRM through marketing automation.
Can we email people who filled in a form on our site?
You can answer their request. For marketing on top of that, you need consent where the law requires it, and the form must have asked for it clearly. We rewrite your forms so consent is asked plainly and stored with the lead.
Is SMS marketing allowed?
In most countries, under consent rules similar to email and sometimes stricter. Messages must identify you and offer a way to stop them. We check the rules for each country you send to before the first campaign.
How often should we email our list?
As often as you have something useful to say, and no more. For most service businesses that means automated sequences doing the steady work, plus a campaign once or twice a month. Unsubscribe and complaint rates tell us when to slow down.
Do you write the messages?
Yes, in French, Arabic and English, in your voice. Our copywriting team writes emails the way they write pages: one idea per message, plain words, a clear next step.
