Napexy CRM: one lead pipeline for your whole sales team
Every lead in one list, assigned the moment it arrives, scored from what it told the form and timed until someone makes contact. The whole team sees the same pipeline, updated live.
A CRM built around the first contact
A lead cools while it waits. Most of what goes wrong between a form and a sale happens in that gap. The lead belonged to nobody in particular, or it looked like every other lead, so it sat there until the next morning.
The CRM deals with that as the lead arrives. It goes to a named person automatically. Its score says how well it fits your offer. A clock starts, and the manager later sees how long each salesperson took to make first contact.
What the CRM includes
One list, one pipeline
Every lead in one list and one pipeline with nine status stages. Each change is kept in the lead’s status history.
Automatic assignment
A new lead goes to the available salesperson with the fewest open leads. When two are level, it goes to the one who has waited longest since their last lead.
Lead score from 0 to 100
Calculated from the lead’s qualification answers, under rules set for each form. The rules are written down and agreed with you.
Reaction time
How long each lead waited for a first contact, per salesperson. It is the first number we look at.
Deals
Deals have their own stages and value, so a sale can be followed after the appointment without crowding the lead pipeline.
Team calendar
Each person’s working hours and unavailable times, in the calendar our booking forms book into.
How the lead score works
The score runs from 0 to 100 and comes from the answers the lead gave on the form. Typical questions: can they come to you, did they accept the price range, did they pick a date. Each form has its own rules, because a dental clinic and a property developer do not qualify buyers the same way.
Only the questions a lead was actually asked count. A visitor who took a shorter path through the form is not marked down for questions they never saw, so leads from different forms stay comparable.
It is arithmetic. No AI model is guessing behind it, which means you can read the rule, disagree with it and have it changed. In practice, a salesperson with several new leads calls the high scores first and works through the rest the same day.
Built for a team working at the same time
A CRM only works if everyone trusts what it shows.
Real-time updates
When one person changes a lead, everyone sees it at once. Two people do not end up calling the same lead without knowing.
Who is online
Presence shows who is connected right now, which helps when a lead needs someone this minute.
Roles and permissions
Team members and admins, with permissions per tab. Each person sees the parts of the CRM their job needs.
Search that reads answers
Search runs across form answers and notes, so you can find the lead who mentioned a detail even when the name escapes you.
Analytics dashboard
Leads, conversions and reaction time in one dashboard.
Source on every lead
Each lead carries the name of the ad and campaign it came from, the base of our revenue attribution.
A working day in the CRM
New leads arrive assigned
Each one already has an owner, a score and its source. The salesperson reads the form answers, and any messages from the unified inbox, before dialling.
Call, then move the status
After each contact the lead moves to its new stage. The history keeps the trail, so a colleague taking over knows what happened and when.
Open a deal when money is involved
Once a quote or a treatment plan is on the table, the deal follows its own stages and carries its value.
Review the week
An admin checks reaction time per salesperson and conversions in the dashboard, and the lead handling routine is adjusted from there.
Frequently asked questions
Is the lead score made by AI?
No. It is rule-based, calculated from each lead’s qualification answers under rules set per form. The AI in the CRM is Kiwi, an assistant you ask questions.
How does automatic assignment choose a salesperson?
Among the available salespeople, a new lead goes to the one with the fewest open leads. On a tie, it goes to the one who has waited longest since their last lead. Nobody hands out leads manually.
Can a manager see how fast each salesperson responds?
Yes. Reaction time measures how long each lead waited for a first contact, per salesperson, and it also appears in the analytics dashboard.
Which languages is the interface in?
French and English.
Do we have to use Napexy CRM to work with you?
No. We set it up when you have no CRM, or one nobody uses. Otherwise we work inside yours: see CRM setup and integration.
