TikTok ads

TikTok ads management

On TikTok, an ad that looks like an ad gets swiped. The ones that work look like the videos around them, and they wear out within weeks. We build the production rhythm and the tracking for that.

What makes TikTok different

TikTok is a creative platform before it is a targeting platform. The feed serves whatever holds attention, so your ad competes with every video on the app.

Two things follow. The hook, the first second or two, decides almost everything. And ads tire fast: what worked last month often stops working this month, so production has to keep pace with spending.

It reaches audiences that are hard to reach elsewhere, younger adults especially. It is not the place for every offer. A tax adviser will usually do better on LinkedIn or in search.

What we run on TikTok

In-feed video ads

Vertical videos made for the feed, with captions and sound planned from the start and several hooks per idea.

Spark Ads

Your organic posts, or a creator’s, promoted as ads. They keep their account name, likes and comments.

Lead generation

TikTok’s instant forms, or a landing page with our booking form. We test both and keep the one with the lower cost per booking.

Events API and pixel

Server-side events with CRM stages sent back, so TikTok learns which leads qualified and looks for more like them.

Creator content

Videos made with creators and then run as Spark Ads. See influencer marketing for how we pick and brief them.

Our testing rhythm

  1. Write concepts

Each concept is one idea: a question customers ask, a price explained, a myth corrected, a day behind the counter.

  2. Shoot several hooks

Three or four openings per concept, because the first second decides who keeps watching.

  3. Test on a fixed budget

Each round runs until the numbers are clear enough to read. Then the weak versions are cut.

  4. Send outcomes back

Qualified leads and bookings from the CRM go back through the Events API, so the next round learns from buyers.

  5. Refresh before fatigue

Winners get the budget, and new concepts enter every month before the winners tire.

What we measure

Hook rate

The share of viewers who stay past the first seconds. It tells us whether the opening works.

Hold rate

The share who watch most of the video. It tells us whether the middle earns its place.

Cost per qualified lead

By concept, from CRM stages. The number that decides what gets more budget.

Concept lifespan

How long a winning idea lasts before its cost rises, so production can be planned ahead.

Frequently asked questions

Is TikTok right for a clinic or a B2B company?

For aesthetic clinics, dental practices with younger patients and consumer services, often yes. For most B2B sales, rarely: LinkedIn and search reach decision-makers more directly. We look at who your buyers are before suggesting it.

Do we have to dance or follow trends?

No. Clear, useful videos work well: a doctor answering a common question, an agent walking through a flat, a founder explaining a price. Trends can add reach, but they are optional.

Who makes the videos?

We write the concepts and produce them with your team, with creators, or both. Our ad creative service covers scripting, filming and editing for each platform.

Are TikTok leads good quality?

They are often colder than search leads, because people were watching videos, not looking for a provider. A qualifying question, a call within minutes and CRM stages sent back to TikTok make a clear difference.

Should ads run from our account or a creator’s?

Usually both. Your account builds recognition. A creator’s account, through Spark Ads, brings the trust their audience already has. We compare them on cost per qualified lead.
