Industries
Digital marketing by industry
A dentist and a steel supplier both need to be found, trusted and contacted. Almost everything after that is different: who decides, how fast, on which channel, under which rules. Pick your sector below, or read on for what never changes.

How buying differs from one sector to another
Three questions shape most of a plan: how fast people decide, who decides, and what counts as a result. The answers below are typical. Your business may sit between two rows.
| Sector | How fast people decide | Who decides | What we count |
|---|---|---|---|
| Dental and medical clinics | Hours for pain, weeks for planned treatment | The patient, often with family | Attended appointments |
| Property developers | Months, with a site visit in the middle | A couple or a family, sometimes with a bank | Site visits and reservations |
| Home services | Minutes for a leak, weeks for a renovation | The homeowner | Booked jobs and quotes won |
| B2B and industrial | Months, sometimes a year | A buying group, then procurement | Qualified opportunities and orders |
| Online shops | Minutes to days | One person, on a phone | Delivered orders and margin |
What changes with the industry
The channel mix follows the buyer. Clinic patients often write on WhatsApp and Instagram before they ever call. A procurement manager downloads a datasheet and emails three suppliers. A plan copied from another sector puts money where your buyers are not.
The rules change too. Health, law, finance and property each have codes on what a business may say, and the ad platforms add their own policies on top. In those sectors copy is written to inform, checked before launch, and some tactics that work for a shop are off the table.
Follow-up changes most of all. A clinic needs a reply within minutes and a reminder the day before. A developer needs a salesperson who calls back the same day and stays in touch for months. A factory needs a sales engineer who can quote from a drawing.
What stays the same in every sector
One record per lead
Every enquiry, whether it comes from a form, a call or a WhatsApp message, lands in one CRM with its source attached. Nothing lives only in a salesperson’s phone.
A fast first reply
A lead who waits a day has usually asked someone else by then. We set up lead handling before we raise any budget.
Revenue by source
Each booking, sale or signed contract is tied back to the campaign that started it through revenue attribution. Budget moves on that, every month.
How to use these pages
Each industry page covers how buyers in that sector search and decide, the channels that work, the length of the sales cycle, what we set up, the numbers we report and the traps we see most. Clinics and property developers are where most of our current work sits, so those pages go furthest into detail.
If your business spans two sectors, read both: an aesthetic clinic with a beauty institute next door, or a builder that also sells to companies. If yours is not listed, the services pages describe each channel on its own, and our approach applies everywhere.
Frequently asked questions
Do you only work with certain industries?
No. Most of our current clients are healthcare and dental clinics and a property developer, so that is where our playbooks are deepest. The method works in any sector where a lead can be followed to a sale.
Does an agency need experience in my industry?
It shortens the start. An agency that knows your sector already knows the rules, the questions buyers ask and where leads get lost. Measurement matters more: an agency that tracks bookings and revenue will find what works in a new sector faster than one that reports clicks in a familiar one.
Which channel works best in my industry?
It depends on how urgent the need is and where your buyers already talk. Urgent local needs lean on maps, search and the phone. Considered purchases lean on content, social ads and patient follow-up. Long B2B cycles lean on search, LinkedIn and sales follow-up. Each industry page gives the mix we usually start with.
How do you handle regulated sectors?
We write to inform, check every ad and page against your professional rules and the platform policies before launch, and keep only the claims you can prove. In health we never promote medical acts with discounts. When a rule is unclear, you and your adviser decide before anything is published.
