AI assistant
Kiwi, the AI assistant inside Napexy CRM
Some questions about your pipeline usually end in a spreadsheet. With Kiwi, you type the question as you would ask a colleague, and the answer comes back in a chat.
Why an assistant inside the CRM
A CRM holds the answers to most of the questions a sales manager asks. Getting them out is the slow part: the right filters, a report someone has to build, a count done by hand on a Monday morning.
Kiwi sits inside Napexy CRM and takes the question as it is written. Ask it about your leads or your pipeline in the words you would use with a colleague, and read the answer in the chat. There is no report to build first.
Each person’s conversations are kept. A salesperson can pick up yesterday’s thread, and a manager can go back to the question they asked last week.
The kind of question it is for
Kiwi answers questions about leads and the pipeline, from what is recorded in the CRM. A few ways a team might phrase them:
Where the pipeline stands
“How many leads are at each stage right now?”
What is still waiting
“Which new leads have not been contacted yet?”
What came in
“How many leads arrived this week, and from which campaigns?”
What Kiwi does not do
Kiwi answers questions. It does not send messages to leads, make calls or act on records. Every action on a lead is still taken by a person, in the CRM or in the unified inbox.
Like any AI assistant, it can be wrong. Before a number goes into a decision, a meeting or a client report, check it against the pipeline or the dashboard. Treat Kiwi as the fast first look.
It is also separate from the lead score. The score is rule-based, calculated from each lead’s qualification answers under rules set per form, and Kiwi plays no part in it.
How a team uses Kiwi day to day
Start the day with a question
A manager asks where the pipeline stands before the morning meeting, and walks in with the answer.
Check a hunch
Leads from one campaign feel weak? Ask, read the answer, then open those leads to see for yourself.
Come back later
Conversations are kept per user, so a question asked on Monday is still there on Friday.
Confirm before acting
A number that drives a decision is checked in the CRM itself before anyone acts on it.
Frequently asked questions
Can Kiwi send messages or call leads?
No. Kiwi answers questions in a chat. Messages and calls are made by your team.
Are Kiwi conversations saved?
Yes, per user. Each team member has their own conversation history with Kiwi and can return to it.
Is the lead score calculated by Kiwi?
No. The lead score is rule-based: it comes from each lead’s qualification answers, under rules set for each form. Kiwi is a separate assistant you ask questions.
Can Kiwi make mistakes?
Yes. Like any AI assistant, it can misread a question or give a wrong answer. Use it for a quick first look and check figures in the CRM before acting on them.
We want an AI that talks to our customers. Is that Kiwi?
No. Kiwi works for your team, inside the CRM. Assistants that answer customers are a separate service: see AI agents and chatbots. If you are still deciding where AI fits in your sales process, AI consulting starts there.
