Web design

Website design services that turn visitors into appointments

Most business sites are designed to be looked at. Yours should be designed to be used: to answer what a buyer needs to know, then make booking the obvious next step.

Design starts with what the buyer needs to decide

Before any mock-up, we list what a buyer asks before booking. What does it cost? How long does it take? Who will I see? Where do I park? Can I pay in instalments? A dental clinic, a law firm and a property developer get very different lists. The answers become the page structure.

Then we design around the booking. On every page, the next step is visible on a phone without scrolling. The form asks for a name and phone first, then the qualifying questions, then a slot. Our booking forms save the name and phone at that first step, so a visitor who gives up at the calendar is still a lead your team can call.

Looks matter. A clinic that looks cheap online is assumed to be cheap in the chair. But the look follows the structure, and never the other way round.

What a Napexy website includes

Service and location pages

One page per service and per city or district you cover, each written to answer what people search for. This is where local SEO starts.

Booking on every page

A form or call button within reach of the thumb, connected to your calendar and to Napexy CRM with the source of each lead.

Three languages from day one

French, English and Arabic, with a real right-to-left layout for Arabic, a separate address per language and hreflang tags.

Structured data

Schema markup for your organisation, services, locations and FAQs, so search engines and AI assistants read each page without guessing.

Speed and security

Static or server-rendered pages, self-hosted fonts, compressed images and strict security headers. A slow page wastes the ad click that brought the visitor.

Copy that says something

Prices or price ranges where you can give them, real photos of your team and premises, direct answers. We write it with you or rework what you have.

How we design and launch your site

  1. Questions and sitemap

We interview you and the people who answer your phone. The result is a sitemap and a list of what each page must say.

  2. Phone-first wireframes

Each page is laid out on a phone screen first, then widened for desktop. You approve the structure before any colour appears.

  3. Visual design

Your brand applied to the layout: type, colour, photography, icons. If the brand itself needs work, a branding project comes first.

  4. Build and connect

Development, forms, calendar, CRM, tracking and structured data, tested in each language on real devices.

  5. Launch and first month

We watch the first leads arrive, check each form and source tag, and fix whatever real visitors trip over.

Frequently asked questions

How long does it take to design and build a website?

It depends on the number of pages and languages and on how fast content gets approved. Content is usually the slowest part. You get a dated schedule after the first workshop.

Can we edit the site ourselves?

Yes, if you want to. We build on WordPress when your team will change pages often. On an Astro or Next.js site, we can add a simple content editor for the pages you update most.

Do you write the content?

We can, in French, English and Arabic. We need an hour or two of your time for the facts only you know: prices, process, the questions patients or clients really ask. Generic copy is what makes most sites forgettable.

Will the new site rank on Google?

We build it so it can: clean structure, fast pages, structured data and a page for each service and place. Rankings also depend on competition, links and time, which is SEO work. Nobody can promise positions.

Do you design in Arabic?

Yes. Arabic pages get a mirrored right-to-left layout, typefaces drawn for Arabic script and copy written in Arabic for the reader.

How much does a website cost?

It depends on pages, languages, content and integrations. Our website cost guide explains each factor.
