WordPress development for sites your team can edit

WordPress is a good choice when your team wants to publish and edit pages without calling a developer. It turns into a bad one when every feature is another plug-in. We build it lean.

Why so many WordPress sites end up slow and fragile

WordPress itself is not the problem. The usual site sits on a multipurpose theme sold to every kind of business, with a page builder on top and a plug-in for every request that came up over the years. Each piece loads its own scripts and styles on every page.

Each plug-in is also code someone has to keep updated. When its author stops maintaining it, it stays on your server with its bugs. On WordPress, outdated plug-ins and themes are the usual way in for attackers.

We build the opposite of that pile. A custom theme made for your pages, a short list of well-maintained plug-ins, and an editor your team can use without breaking the layout.

How we build WordPress sites

Custom block theme

Blocks designed for your content: a service block, an FAQ block, a booking block, a team block. Your team fills them in and the design holds.

A short plug-in list

Each plug-in has to earn its place: maintained, widely used and needed. Everything else is a few lines of code in the theme.

Booking forms in one snippet

Our booking forms embed with one snippet and send each lead to Napexy CRM with its source.

Multilingual and Arabic

WordPress supports right-to-left languages natively. We add a multilingual plug-in such as Polylang or WPML, with separate URLs and hreflang per language.

Speed

Page caching, modern image formats, self-hosted fonts and no builder scripts. See speed and Core Web Vitals.

Hardened security

Security headers, two-factor login for admins, limited user roles, file editing disabled in the dashboard, and XML-RPC off unless you need it.

From brief to handover

  1. Content model

We list the page types and the blocks each one needs, from what your team really publishes.

  2. Design and blocks

Blocks designed and built to match, each with the fields your team will fill in.

  3. Migration

Content moved from your old site, with a redirect for every URL that has traffic, as in a redesign.

  4. Training

A session with the people who will edit, on the real site, plus short written guides.

  5. Upkeep

Updates, backups and monitoring, done by your team or through our maintenance plan.

Frequently asked questions

Can you speed up our existing WordPress site?

Often, yes: caching, image formats, fewer plug-ins and lighter scripts. When the theme or the page builder is the cause, the lasting fix is a rebuild. We tell you which after an audit.

Do you work with Elementor or Divi?

We can maintain a site built with them. For new builds we use custom block themes, because they are faster and harder for editors to break.

Can WordPress run an online store?

Yes, with WooCommerce. It suits stores that already run WordPress and want full control of hosting. Our page on ecommerce website design compares it with Shopify.

Is WordPress secure?

The core is maintained by a large community and patched quickly. The usual risks come from outdated plug-ins and themes, weak passwords and too many admin accounts. Those are the parts we control.

Does WordPress handle Arabic well?

Yes. It supports right-to-left languages natively, and the dashboard is available in Arabic. The theme has to be built for right-to-left as well, and ours are.
