Our software
The Napexy platform: the software behind our work
An agency judged on booked appointments has to see what happens after the click. So we built software that does: booking forms, a CRM, one inbox for messages and tracking, all reading the same lead record.

Measure & automate
Why an agency built its own software
We are judged on booked appointments and revenue. Those numbers are made after the click, in places an ad account never sees: the form, the first call, the WhatsApp thread, the quote that gets signed.
In the usual setup, each of those places is a different tool. The form plugin knows the page. The CRM knows the salesperson. The messages sit on someone’s phone. Somewhere between them the source of the lead drops out, and nobody can say which campaign paid for the sale. Meanwhile the ad platform keeps optimising for form fills.
So we built one system with the lead record as the thread. It starts at the first step of the form, carries the ad and campaign name, collects messages and status changes, and ends with the deal and its value. We run our clients’ marketing from it, and the people who answer their leads work in it every day.
How the pieces connect, one lead at a time
Follow a single lead from the ad to the sale. Each step happens in a different part of the platform, on the same record.
The visit is recorded
The forms log each page, click and form step, and classify where the visit came from: an AI assistant, search, social or an ad.
The form saves the lead early
Name and phone number are saved at the first step. The qualifying questions and the calendar, showing your team’s real free times, come after.
The CRM assigns and scores it
The lead arrives with its page, referrer, UTM parameters and ad. It gets a score from its answers and goes to the available salesperson with the fewest open leads.
Conversations land on the record
Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp, SMS and Gmail messages appear against the lead, and the unanswered ones are in plain view.
The outcome flows back
Booked, showed and won statuses and the deal’s value sit on the same record. Qualified leads are reported to Meta, so your Meta campaigns learn which leads count.
Who gets the platform
The businesses we work with. Napexy sets the platform up and runs it as part of our work: forms built around your offer, qualifying questions and scoring rules for each form, accounts and permissions for your team, working hours in the calendar. The booking forms, with the CRM and inbox behind them, can also be taken on their own, on a published plan and set up with you on a call.
Each client’s data sits in its own account, separated from every other client’s. The interface is in French and English, so each team works in its own language, wherever it is based.
Using it is not a condition of working with us. If your team already lives in another CRM, we can work inside it. Our page on CRM setup and integration covers both routes.
Frequently asked questions
Can we use the software without your agency services?
Yes, for the booking forms: they come with the CRM and the inbox, on plans priced per seat, and we set the account up with you on a call. The rest of the platform comes with our agency work. If what you need is the stretch after the click, that work can be hired on its own: see revenue and conversion.
Do we have to replace our current CRM?
No. We set up Napexy CRM when you have no CRM, or one nobody uses. Otherwise we work in yours. CRM setup explains the two routes.
Can other clients see our data?
No. Each client has its own account, and the data in it is kept separate from every other client’s.
Which languages does the platform work in?
The interface is in French and English. The questions on your forms are written with you, in the words your buyers use.
Will it work with our website?
The forms embed with the same one-line snippet on WordPress, Wix, Next.js, Astro or plain HTML. Each form runs on our servers inside a frame, so your site needs no plugin.
