Influencer marketing services
A creator with a loyal local audience can do what an ad cannot: vouch for you. A creator with bought followers can do nothing at all. Much of the work is telling the two apart, then measuring what each post brings.
Why the audience matters more than the follower count
A creator with a modest following in one city, who replies to comments and is trusted, will usually bring more bookings to a clinic in that city than a celebrity whose followers live everywhere. Fame is reach. What you want is people who could become your customers.
So the audience is what you are buying. Before anyone is shortlisted, we check where the followers are, which language they speak, how they engage, and whether the numbers look bought.
Ways to work with creators
Sponsored posts
The creator presents your service in a post, a reel or a story, disclosed as a paid collaboration.
Product seeding
Products or a service sent with no obligation to post. Cheaper, slower, and honest reviews when they come.
Content for your ads
Creators film videos you then run from your own account. Useful when your team is camera-shy.
Partnership and Spark Ads
Their post run as an ad from their handle, through Meta partnership ads or TikTok Spark Ads, with your targeting and budget.
Ambassadors
A longer relationship with a few creators who use your service over months. Trust builds with repetition.
How we run a creator campaign
Shortlist
Creators who fit your market, checked for audience location, language, engagement patterns and signs of fake followers.
Brief
What to cover, what to avoid, what must be disclosed. The creator keeps their voice; we keep the facts accurate.
Contract
Deliverables, dates, fees, exclusivity, and the rights to run their content as ads, with a duration.
Track
Each creator gets a link and a code, so leads and sales reach the CRM with the creator as source through revenue attribution.
How we measure each creator
Leads and sales by creator
From their link and code, as recorded in the CRM.
Cost per booked appointment
Fee, product and ad spend together, divided by the bookings the creator brought.
Content as ads
How their videos performed when run as ads, compared with your own creative.
Audience fit
Location and language of the people who engaged, checked against what was promised.
Frequently asked questions
How do you find the right creators?
We search by topic, city and language, then check each candidate’s audience data, comment quality and past collaborations. A short list of well-matched creators beats a long list of names.
Do we pay creators or send free products?
Both happen. Free products suit small creators and honest reviews, with no guarantee of a post. Paid collaborations come with agreed deliverables and dates. We recommend the mix based on your budget and timing.
Who owns the content?
The creator, unless the contract says otherwise. We negotiate the rights to reuse the content in ads, for a set period, so a good video can keep working after the post.
How do you spot fake followers?
Followers in countries that do not match the creator’s language, sudden jumps in follower count, likes that do not match views, and generic comments. We check before shortlisting and again after the campaign.
Can a clinic work with influencers?
Yes, within the rules. Health and aesthetic content needs accurate claims, clear disclosure and the clinic’s sign-off, and some procedures cannot be promoted by creators in some countries. Our aesthetic clinics page covers the sector in more detail.
