AI consulting

AI consulting for marketing and sales teams

Most companies do not need an AI strategy deck. They need to know which tasks to hand to AI this quarter, what data that exposes, and who checks the output.

Where AI pays back in a marketing and sales team

The returns come from dull, repeated work. Replying to the same enquiry for the hundredth time. Typing call notes into the CRM. Writing ten variants of an ad headline. Sorting last night’s leads to decide who to call first. AI does these well enough and fast, and a person can check the result in seconds.

The losses come from judgement handed to a machine. Quoting a price, promising a result, answering a medical question, deciding which complaint is serious. A wrong answer there costs money or trust, and nobody sees it until it is too late.

Our own software follows that split. Napexy CRM gives each lead an AI score, and Kiwi AI is an assistant inside the CRM. Both help a salesperson decide faster. Neither decides for them.

How an AI consulting engagement runs

  1. Map the work

We sit with your marketing and sales team, list the tasks they repeat, and note where time and leads are lost.

  2. Pick by payback

Each candidate gets an estimate of time saved or leads recovered, set against its risk and cost. Two or three go forward.

  3. Settle the data questions

What each tool may see, where that data is stored, whether the provider may train on it, and who in your company signs off.

  4. Pilot one use case

One task, one team, a clear measure of success and a date to decide. Small enough to switch off without regret.

  5. Train and document

The team learns what the tool is for, what it gets wrong and how to check it. Prompts and rules are written down.

  6. Measure and extend

If the pilot pays back, it rolls out and the next use case starts. If not, we stop it and say why.

Data and privacy questions to settle first

Customer messages, phone numbers and health details are personal data. Before any of it goes into an AI tool, you need answers. Which provider receives it? In which country is it processed? Is it used to train their models? How long is it kept? Business and API plans from the major providers usually give you more control on these points than free consumer accounts.

The law depends on where you and your customers are: the GDPR may apply, your local data-protection law too, sometimes both. Health data is a special category under the GDPR and needs extra care. The EU AI Act also includes a duty to tell people when they are talking to an AI system.

We map these questions with you and write down the answers. Your legal adviser has the final word.

What you get

  • A map of the tasks worth handing to AI, with a payback estimate for each
  • Recommended tools, with their running costs and limits
  • A data register: what each tool sees, where it goes, how long it stays
  • A pilot plan with a success measure and a decision date
  • Written prompts, rules and checks for the team
  • Training for the people who will use the tools
  • A review after the pilot, with a go or stop recommendation

Frequently asked questions

Do we need our own AI model?

Almost never. Existing models, used through business plans or APIs and given your own documents and data as context, cover marketing and sales work. Training a custom model costs far more and rarely does better.

Is it legal to put customer data into ChatGPT?

It depends on the plan you use, your contract with the provider, what the data is and the law that applies to you. Free consumer accounts are the riskiest choice. We help you map the question; your legal adviser confirms the answer.

Will AI replace our sales team?

No. It takes typing, sorting and first replies off their plate, so they spend more time with buyers who are ready. Buyers still book with people they trust.

How soon will we see results?

A well-chosen pilot shows within weeks whether it saves time or recovers leads. Rolling out across a team takes longer, mostly because habits change slowly.

Can you build what you recommend?

Yes. We build AI agents and chatbots and workflow automations, and set up CRM pipelines. You are free to hire someone else for the build.
